Frequently Asked Questions

Is my workout data synced?

When you are signed in, your workouts, exercises, templates, and progress data are stored with your account so they can be restored when you sign in again.

Can I export my workouts?

Yes. Open settings in the app and use the export option to create a CSV file from your workout history.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account and associated data from the app settings. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Troubleshooting

App will not sync

Check your internet connection and try reopening the app. If the problem continues, sign out and sign back in.

Forgot password

Use the Forgot Password button on the login screen. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

Workout history looks wrong

Make sure you are signed in with the same account you used when logging workouts. Also check that filters in the log or progress screens are not hiding older entries.
